Everyone’s time is valuable, so we require a reservation fee that is paid when scheduling your consultation. This is to ensure that we can reserve the necessary time solely for you.
All reservation fees are non-refundable, but transferable, the reservation fee can be used towards treatment, surgery, and also to purchase skincare products. If the patient cancels the appointment less than 24hrs prior or doesn’t show up for the appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
At our practice, we find that patients prefer to be introduced to our services through our surgical coordinator (SC). Our SC is available, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. During the consultation, our SC will take pictures as part of the examination process for Dr. Sweat. Based on the photos, Dr. Sweat will make a recommendation. The SC will be able to answer all questions and provide a quote for the procedures and treatments discussed.
Prospective patients always have the option to meet Dr. Sweat at no cost after their initial consultation, with our surgical coordinator (SC), even before scheduling the procedure.
Patients may also choose to pay the $150 reservation fee and meet Dr. Sweat on their first visit.
ALL patients will meet with Dr. Sweat well in advance of surgical date for formal exam and finalization of surgical plan and discussion.
